Register online to use the library

Retired academic staff and individuals who graduated with a University of London degree are eligible to apply for alumni membership. 

Alumni membership comes with a ten book borrowing allowance and the added extra of off-site access to a range of major e-resources. These resources may be accessed off-site by clicking on the links below. (Please use the number on the front of your Senate House Library Card when prompted).

Proof of graduation (certificate/transcript or University of London alumni card) along with photographic ID and proof of address are required for registration.

If you have a current or recently expired Library membership, you can join as an Alumni for three months while you await the results of your degree. However, you will need to show proof of your Alumni status in order to access e-resources, or renew beyond the initial three month period. For further information, please contact:
